1. Goal and approach
The Company designs age separation and access restrictions from the planning stage so that young people are not exposed to harmful information, and handles reports of harmful content promptly.
2. Blocking and managing harmful information
- Services not suitable for young people carry the app market age rating and access restrictions.
- Generative AI features have safeguards against producing sexual depictions of children or adolescents and other content prohibited by law.
- Confirmed harmful content is blocked immediately, and accounts may be restricted where necessary.
- Staff receive regular training on youth protection.
3. Reporting harmful content
Harmful content can be reported through the contact channels on this site. The Company reviews a report as soon as it arrives, takes the necessary measures, and reports the outcome back.
4. Youth protection officer
