Deleting your account
How to delete an account and the data attached to it. You can read this procedure without installing the app.

1. How to delete
- Slop Inc. has no account — clearing the site data in your browser removes what it saved.
- In the app: Settings > Account > Delete account.
- On the web: choose account deletion on the account page of each service.
- If neither is possible: ask our player support channel to delete the account, including information that identifies it.
2. What gets deleted
- Account identifiers (sign-in identifier, email address, internal account identifier)
- Conversations and relationship records with characters (IsekaiGirl)
- Owned cards, decks, battle records, match records (RPGmanager)
- Images attached by the user and in-service settings
- Push notification tokens and device links
Our services are connected through a family account. Deleting the account also breaks the link with the other services. The deletion screen explains the scope for each service again before you confirm.
3. What is kept after deletion

These records are stored separately from other personal data and destroyed without delay once the period ends.
4. Timing and cautions
- Once deletion is requested you can no longer sign in, and the data is removed within 30 days at the latest.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered, and unused paid goods are lost with it.
- If you have paid goods to be refunded, apply for the refund before deleting the account.
